We paint wood, fiber cement, vinyl, aluminum and stucco siding, and each one gets the primer and paint made for it. The crew washes the siding, replaces failed caulk and spot-primes before the finish coats.
Fence Painting
A fence takes full sun and sprinkler water every day, so it grays out fast. We clean the boards, fix loose pickets where needed and prime before we paint or stain.
Deck Painting & Staining
DFW decks bake in the summer and dry out between rains. We pressure wash the boards, let them dry, then paint, stain or seal the deck along with the rails and spindles.

How often should I repaint the outside of my house?
We recommend repainting a DFW exterior every five to seven years. Sun exposure, the siding material and how well the last job was prepped all change that number.
When is the best time of year for exterior painting?
We schedule most exterior painting between March and November. Spring and fall are the easiest months because temperatures are milder and the paint cures more evenly.
How do you prepare a house before painting?
Every exterior gets pressure washed first to take off dirt and loose material. Then we scrape, sand, caulk and prime the spots that need it before any finish coat.
What paint brands do you use?
Our crews use Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Romabio and KEIM, plus Cabot and Minwax stains for wood. We pick the product based on the surface and the exposure.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. Every painting job comes with our standard 3-year warranty on labor and materials. Extended 5- and 7-year warranties are available. Deck staining and painting carry a 1-year warranty. Power washing on its own isn't covered by a warranty.
