Ceiling Painting
Ceilings collect water stains, smoke film and patch marks that the rest of the room does not. We repair and prime the trouble spots, then paint smooth or textured ceilings with a flat finish that hides small flaws.
Door Painting
Doors get handled every day, so they need a harder finish than walls. We sand, prime and apply two to three coats on interior doors, front doors, French doors, sliders and garage doors.
Kitchen Cabinet Painting
If the cabinet boxes are solid, paint costs far less than new cabinets. We clean and degrease, sand, prime and finish with cabinet-grade paint that stands up to moisture and daily use.

How long does it take to paint a room?
A standard room usually takes us four to six hours. Large rooms or rooms that need a lot of patching take longer.
Can I stay in my home while you paint?
Most families do. We plan the order of rooms around your schedule, and on larger jobs we tell you ahead of time if a space will be off limits for a night or two.
Do you help with paint colors?
Yes. State 28 has an in-house color consultant who can walk you through palettes and sample colors before we start.
Can you match my existing paint color?
Yes. We color match existing walls for touch-ups or when only part of a room is being painted.
Is it worth painting kitchen cabinets?
In most kitchens, yes. Painting costs much less than replacing cabinets and the job usually takes three to five days.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. Every painting job comes with our standard 3-year warranty on labor and materials. Extended 5- and 7-year warranties are available. Deck staining and painting carry a 1-year warranty. Power washing on its own isn't covered by a warranty.
